Professional is not a label you give yourself
- it is a description you hope to earn from others.

Thanks for stopping by.

How do you find the right celebrant? Wouldn’t it be awesome if you never had to memorise anything at your wedding ceremony? Someone that took over every aspect, so you could both enjoy one of the biggest days of your lives!

Kia Ora and Welcome. My name is Tania Jeffs-Maindonald. Tongan-born, Maori and of English descent. This is exactly what I am passionate about… ensuring my couples feel ‘heard’, loved and supported right up to your wedding day.

I am not only a CANZ Celebrant (an organisation of well trained celebrants who abide by a Code of Ethics) but VCANZ Accredited (this is a structured recognition of celebrant training, experience and professional development), which means out of the 1500+ NZ Appointed Celebrants, 800+ which are Auckland-wide, I have worked hard to earn my place in the industry, including being in the “Top 30 Celebrants” who have consistently officiated 30+ weddings a year from 2015-2020 by Internal Affairs, even through the covid pandemic (within allowable restriction levels to do so).

I officiate an average of 70-100 weddings and10-15 funerals a year, but also M.C. events and wedding receptions and was lucky to be chosen to do Married at First Sight, Season 2 as the Celebrant for Monique and Fraser.

Keen for me to work with you? Let’s get started!
